On The Day Event Management

We meet our clients at their chosen venue two weeks prior to their wedding to discuss the detail of their day including going through supplier arrangements so that our team of event co-ordinators know exactly what you have planned.

This will allow us to:

Liaise with your suppliers and confirm final arrangements

Confirm all details to ensure there are no hiccups on the day

Produce a detailed schedule for the day including timings and suppliers

Develop a directory of suppliers in case contact needs to be made on the day

Arrive early on the day to oversee the set-up, venue decoration, suppliers, attend to guests as required and any other matters which arise during the course of your wonderful day

Venue & Location Search

Whatever the venue you require, whether it be a country estate, an intimate hotel, a rural church or a trendy city centre location we can find the right venue for you.

Venue recommendations will be made following your list of requirements established at our initial consultation

After a second meeting we will narrow this down to three venues which we can then arrange appointments for you to view

We will accompany you on these visits and talk through your requirements with the venue hosts

Provisionally booking the venue and confirming the booking of the venue when required

Create an identity, theme, look or design for your wedding

Theme Conception

Production of concept boards which includes overall themes, venue decoration, colour scheme, floral decorations, table decorations and everything else you can think of down to the smallest of details which can make all the difference

Recommendation of venues which will suit your requirements

Sourcing all items required on your behalf

Guest List Management

Co-ordination of your guests includes:

Sending out invitations of your choice

Managing your RSVP’s

Managing any dietary requirements of your guests on your behalf

Supplier Management

Sourcing, negotiating and making decisions in conjunction with you, the client

Liaison and management of all suppliers and we will accompany you to all supplier meetings or go on your behalf

We have a large range of handpicked suppliers who we trust and are confident in their ability to create something unique but if you have a particular supplier you wish to use, we can do all the negotiations with them too

Budget Management,  Timescales & Schedules

We will work with you to deliver the best possible wedding day for your budget whether you are planning a high end, large scale or a more intimate wedding

Budget management and cost tracking are included. We will produce a complete schedule of events for your wedding day so that all suppliers know what they need to be doing and when

Everything Else

We will be the first point of contact for all your suppliers and guests

We will attend meetings, either with you or on your behalf

We will respond to emails and correspondence concerning your wedding

We will be responsible for all paperwork, logistics, contracts, ordering of samples, diarizing meetings and all of the necessary fine tuning to ensure that the stress is removed during the planning stage
